What payment processor is used to purchase from your online store?

All payments are 100% secure processed through Paypal. You may purchase using any major credit card as well as your paypal account during checkout.  

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Returns and exchanges are offered on a case to case bases. Our customer satisfaction is through the roof and returns/exchange requests are extremely scarce. To reduce the need to exchange, if you have a question about sizing, feel free to contact us and we will be more than happy to help. Returns and cancelations will not be taken on pre order items. We also charge a 20% restocking fee on all returns. There are no returns on Final Sale items.Final Sale items include preorders and limited edition items. Items that are final sale will be shown in the item description.

How long does shipping take?

All items on-hand ship out same or next day and take 1-3 days to arrive depending on where you are located in the United States. Preorders ship out on the designated shipping date stated in the product description.

Do I get a tracking number for my shipment?

All orders come with a tracking number. Once the item ships, you will be sent an email with a tracking number. Please give the tracking up to 24 hours to update.

Are your shoes authentic?

All of our shoes are guaranteed authentic and are purchased directly from Jordan and Nike retailers such as Footlocker, Niketown, Champs, Finishline, and more. We do not sell B grades. 

Can I request the orignal receipt for my shoes? 

Yes, we can provide the original receipt for your shoes. Email us after checking out to request the receipt for your order. Please be sure to include your order number or name under the order in the email. We will be sure to notate to include the receipt.
